Also known as the Yuba Goldfields, the Lower Yuba's consistently cold water feeds one of the best low elevation wild trout rivers in the West. Access at the Highway 20 bridge provides as many miles of fishable water as an angler wants to commit to. There's more fight in a 12" Yuba 'bow than in most fish twice their size, but with limited cover on the banks and lots of year round pressure, these fish don't give themselves up easily.
