Refunds and Exchanges

Unopened products are eligible for exchange within 14 days of receipt of goods, we do not offer refunds on any items. All boxes must be sealed and contents in new, untouched condition. Boxes with damage to the security seal tape are not eligible for return and are considered final sale. 

Users requesting an exchange are responsible for return shipping and verify that the products returned for exchange meet the requirements of GuideBox Direct to be considered "like new". Items shipped back to GuideBox Direct are done so at the risk of the shipper and GuideBox Direct is not responsible for damaged or missing shipments. GuideBox Direct maintains the sole authority to deem the condition of all items returned. If a product does not meet the criteria set forth by GuideBox Direct and the customer wishes to have the product shipped back to them, all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Prepaid subscription products are not eligible for refund. 

Customers understand that products inside GuideBox subscription and single use boxes vary in quantity and value. Individual components of boxes are not eligible for exchange or return.
